1. Admission Eligibility

All applicants must meet the age and academic requirements for their desired class level. Admission is subject to successful completion of the entrance assessment and interview process.

2. Documentation Requirement

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and verifiable documents, including birth certificate, previous academic reports (if applicable), passport-sized photographs, and immunization records during registration.

3. Tuition and Fees

All tuition, development, and other applicable fees must be paid promptly according to the school’s billing schedule. Late payments may attract penalties or lead to suspension of student services.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Registration and admission fees are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal or rejection of application after processing has commenced.

5. Code of Conduct

All students must adhere to the school’s rules and code of behavior. Champions Learning Fields reserves the right to discipline or dismiss any student who violates school regulations.

6. Uniform and Appearance

Students are required to wear the official school uniform and maintain a neat, appropriate appearance as per school policy. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.

7. Withdrawal Notice

A minimum of one term's notice or payment in lieu is required if a student is to be withdrawn from the school. This allows for proper documentation and transition.

8. School Property and Conduct

Parents/guardians will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by their child to school property. Respect for school facilities is mandatory at all times.

9. Use of Student Images

The school may use images or videos of students for promotional and academic purposes, including school publications, website, and social media, unless a written objection is submitted.

10. Medical Emergencies

In the case of a medical emergency, the school reserves the right to take necessary action, including first aid or hospital referral, and will notify parents/guardians as soon as possible.

11. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and arrive punctually. Frequent lateness or absenteeism without valid reasons may affect academic performance and lead to disciplinary action.

12. Homework and Academic Compliance

All students are required to complete classwork, assignments, and homework within the stipulated deadlines. Repeated negligence may result in academic sanctions or extra tutorials.

13. Digital Device Policy

Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones or unauthorized digital devices to school unless approved by the administration for learning purposes. Confiscated devices will be returned only to parents.

14. Transportation Services

Where applicable, school transport is offered based on availability and must be paid for separately. The school is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

15. Extracurricular Participation

Participation in extracurricular activities is encouraged for holistic development. Parental consent is required for off-campus events, excursions, and competitions.
